Welcome to PillTime UK (https://pill-time.co.uk). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, NHS prescription pouching services, and private digital healthcare products available in our shop. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Regulatory Registration

PillTime is a trading name operating as an NHS-registered distance-selling pharmacy regulated by the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) in the United Kingdom.

2. Pharmacy & Consultation Services

All private treatments, including GLP-1 weight management therapies (such as Mounjaro or Wegovy), require the completion of an online clinical consultation form. Our healthcare practitioners reserve the right to decline treatment if clinical criteria are not met.

3. User Responsibilities & Patient Accuracy

Patients must ensure that all personal information, medical history, current medication lists, and GP details provided to PillTime are completely accurate and updated promptly. PillTime cannot accept liability for clinical complications arising from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the patient.

4. NHS Repeat Prescription Pouching

By registering for our free NHS pouching service, you authorise PillTime to act as your nominated dispensing pharmacy with NHS Digital. You retain the right to alter your nominated pharmacy at any time.

5. Pricing & Payments

Standard NHS prescription charges apply to NHS orders unless a valid exemption certificate is registered on file. All private treatment pricing listed in our shop includes VAT where applicable and is subject to change.
